You May Qualify If You:

  • Are between 18–80 years old
  • Have biopsy-confirmed NASH or MASH with stage 2 or 3 liver fibrosis
  • Have a BMI of 25 or higher
  • Have Type 2 diabetes or at least 2 signs of metabolic syndrome (obesity, dyslipidemia, elevated blood pressure, elevated fasting glucose)

Additional medical assessments will help confirm eligibility.

About the Study Medication

Efruxifermin is an investigational therapy designed to target both the underlying metabolic causes and liver damage associated with NASH/MASH. Efruxifermin is being studied to see if it can treat liver health and fibrosis.
